Verse of the Day
And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.– John 3:36 (NLT)
Prayer
Gracious heavenly Father, I open my heart and mind to You today. I ask that You help me broaden my perspective. Give me courage to step out of my comfort zone so I can experience the full life You have for me. Lord, give me the courage today to represent you dear Lord to my family, friends and associates in a new and special way. Give me the faith to expect great things from you today. Abba Father, help us to understand how we can live productively, making the difference you have determined for us. This very day, Lord, may I make a difference in this world, living faithfully so as to honor your intentions for my life. Lord, help me to face the difficult things without fear or concern knowing that you are with me every moment of this day.
Almighty God, I pray that I may seek sincerely those whom I approach with sympathy, and by my honor may they feel the same sincerity for me. Help me to be obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit so that I will be a peacemaker in my family, my workplace, my community and my church to encourage others to live in unity governed by humility. Thank You for the inspiration You gave the Apostle Paul to challenge us to live a life of unity through humility.
King of kings, we bow to You. We follow You, O Lord. Help us to fight the good fight of faith. So often I am haunted by problems and concerns, Lord. Lift their weight from my shoulders and allow me to rest. Through the grace of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.
Bible Promise of the Day
I will be the voice behind you, guiding you in the way you should go. God Promises that He will guide us in the way we should go
Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left. (Isaiah 30:21)
Prayer Quote of the day
The Christian life is not a constant high. I have my moments of deep discouragement. I have to go to God in prayer with tears in my eyes, and say, ‘O God, forgive me,’ or ‘Help me.’
