Verse of the Day
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.– Hebrews 13:8 (NLT
Prayer
Father in heaven, EL-GIBHOR , Mighty God, today I lift my eyes to You. You alone are the source of my strength, peace and provision. I choose to delight myself in You knowing that You will give me the desires of my heart
Father, today I choose to let go of the negative voices, offenses and hurts from critical voices. I choose to focus on You and the good plan You have for me. Give me Your peace and joy as I move forward in the victory You have prepared for me.
O Lord, teach me to select my pleasures with care, that I may not plunge into joyful moments that are irretrievable. May I indulge in the pleasures that bring happiness and not weariness. Grant that I may have the honor to protect others from harm and loss, as I engage in my pleasures and in my work.
My Father, help me to see that in my portion of work thou hast entrusted me to help further thy kingdom. Correct me if I am wrong in interpreting thy way. May I concentrate my mind and make my heart and hands do the work which thou hast given for me to do. Give us all that we need to enable us to fight the good fight, add finish our course with joy. Amen.
Bible Promise of the Day
I will repay those who are kind to the poor. God promises he will bless those who are kind to the poor
He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, And He will pay back what he has given. (Proverbs 19:17)
Prayer Quote of the day
What the Church needs to-day is not more machinery or better, not new organizations or more and novel methods, but men whom the Holy Ghost can use men of prayer, men mighty in prayer. The Holy Ghost does not flow through methods, but through men. He does not come on machinery, but on men. He does not anoint plans, but men, men of prayer.
