Prayer
Dearest loving Father in Heaven, today I lift my eyes off of my circumstances and set my focus on You. I know that with You, all things are possible. Show me Your ways. Show me Your love and all of the good things You have prepared for me. Father, thank You for being my Source and Supply. I declare that my trust and hope is in You. I choose to rest in You knowing that You have provided everything I need for today. Today I surrender every difficulty to You. I release the questions, hurts and frustrations. I choose to trust You and do the right thing. Increase Your strength in me so that I can live in the victory You have in store for me
Loving Father, help me be conscious of those around me. Help me look for opportunities to encourage others in their faith, give them strength to move on and to keep them from being shaken by all the troubles they are going through. Lord, I have tried to cope on my own. I say, “I will follow You”, but instead I rely on my own efforts. Forgive me, Lord. Today, I give You my mind and ask You to control my life. I am tired of coping. I want the life You have for me. Help me to learn today to cast my cares into your hands. Help me to be able to release the “things” in my life that bog me down daily. Give me blessings in areas of my life that today are troubling me. And most important, as You take my cares, give me a new drive to commit everything I do to You so that my thoughts will be established in You.
Lord, I realize that the only way to avoid the traps of subterfuge is to avoid evil dealings altogether. Make me to walk in the way of righteousness, always acting toward others as I try to act toward You. May we seek to serve you in all we do in every part of life. Then, as your servants, may we exercise our life in a way that serves others. Help us, Lord, to be servant in our decisions, interactions, and goals. May all that I do this day glorify you. We ask this in the matchless name of Jesus Christ, Amen
