Prayer
Dearest Loving Father, thank You for peace. Thank You for leading me forth in joy and victory. I choose to listen to You. I choose to tune in to You. I choose to trust You knowing that You have a good plan for every area of my life. My greatest desire is to please You in all things. Fill me with Your faith as I study and obey Your Word. Help me to stay close to You always and thank You for giving me Your peace. Thank You for setting me free in Jesus! Thank You for forgiveness. Thank You washing me clean and making me new today. I receive your grace and mercy so that I can be a vessel used by You today. Thank You for being with me in the storms of life. I choose to trust You even when I don’t understand. I choose to call on You knowing that You can bring peace to the storms in my life. Might everything I think, say and do today be shaped by the glorious fact that I am your child.
Abba father, I come to you today, with all my sins and wrong doings and give them to You. I thank You for Your tender mercy. I thank You for Your forgiveness and compassion toward me. Loving Father, because of Your great love that I am not consumed. Truly, Your compassions never fail, they are new every morning. Lord, I confess that I often deny You. I deny You in my talk, in my behavior and in my thoughts. Today I ask for Your forgiveness. Cleanse me and help me to live for You in a way that is pleasing to You. Thank you for Your promises that are in Your Holy Word. Help me to know and understand them. Help me to apply Your truth to my life that I may live a Godly life. Help me trust in Your power and might and exhibit patience and endurance today in all I do.
Thank You, Lord, for the assurance that You are with me wherever I am because You are not limited but ever present. Help me, Lord, not to limit You as I so often do. Forgive my finite mind and fill me with Your wisdom, power and mercy so that I will serve You with confidence and boldness. Lord, I know I live much of my life in unbelief. Forgive me for my lack of faith. Today, I recommit myself to you. Help me to overcome my unbelief. Help me to believe in the angels that You send, Lord. I need watching over. I need You to be with me. I thank You for guiding me in all my ways. Through the grace of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.
