Prayer
Dearest loving Abba Father, today I choose to focus on the good in my life. I choose to water the right seeds planted in the soil of my mind. I ask for Your grace and wisdom daily as I set my heart and mind on You. Thank You for depositing in me everything that I need for victory in my life. I choose to be faithful. I choose to sharpen my skills. Help me be prepared for every opportunity You have for my future. Thank You for giving me access to all of Your spiritual blessings by faith today. I choose to rely on You and trust that You are working in my life. I bless You and praise Your name. Thank You for Your Word which strengthens and protects me. Thank You for speaking truth to my heart. Help me hear Your voice more clearly so I can live a life pleasing to You.
Loving Father, thank you for loving us and making us your children. What a privilege to know you. What a joy to be your child. May your love fill my heart and guide my thoughts today. Forgive me for my fears of your abandonment and a lack of trust in Your love. I renounce this, Lord. Father, You know what is really important. You know that I have bought so many lies about success and self-worth. I need Your help to know the truth. So, please Lord, help me live a life of goodness today. Please give me what really matters, that is joy and peace which comes from Your Holy Spirit. Help me live today in a way that is pleasing to you. Today, I accept the fact that it pleased You to make me Your child and that you will never abandon me. I praise You, Lord. Lord, help me keep my faith genuine. I want to remain in You. I give You my life and pray that You will make me conscious of You in all that I do.
Abba Father, I confess that I’ve been quick to criticize. I have judged liberally and harshly. I want to be more compassionate, Lord. I want to be led by love, and not be so quick to judge. Transform my heart, and let me do less finger-pointing. Instead, let me exercise compassion and love in a world that needs it so desperately. Lord, protect my heart. Be my strength and help me overcome my weariness. Make me a faithful witness and help me to learn to let the Holy Spirit convict the heart of the person that I am witnessing to today. Thank You for giving me new opportunities to witness to others of the good news of the gospel. Use my words and life to be a testimony of the saving grace of the Lord Jesus Christ to all those I witness to. In the Sweet and mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
