Prayer
Dearest Abba Father, today I humbly come before You giving You my thoughts, my actions, and my words. Help me to give my faith a voice by speaking Your Word daily. Lord, thank You for empowering me by Your spirit to do everything that I’m called to do. Thank You for Your hand of blessing on me as I submit my ways to You. I declare “I can” do all things thru Christ who strengthens me. May my words and my thoughts be pleasing to You always.
Lord, I come today to be amazed. I want to know You, know Your love, know Your power. Open my eyes, open my heart to all that You are. I come and worship You. Lord, thank you for this world and for entrusting it to us as your stewards. The power of humankind does not even compare with Your might, Lord. Save us from our own destructiveness, and renew Your creation, which we carelessly destroy. Thank you for the resources and opportunities you have given us. Give us wisdom, Lord, to know how best to use and care for the world you have entrusted to us.
Lord, I give You my anxious heart. Forgive me for believing so many lies. Help me change my core beliefs and bring them in line with Your word. Today I choose faith and choose to bring all my anxieties to You. Forgive me when I let things come between us, Lord. Material wealth is nice, but not if it means that I lose my relationship with You. Help me be satisfied with what I have, and keep my mind and my heart on You. Father, help us as a family today to experience the Agape love that only You can give. We commit our hearts, our souls and our minds to You today. Give us today a broken heart that has a concern for those that are hurting. Give us a soul today that loves You with all we have and give us a mind today that is dedicated to learn more about You and Your love for us and for a world. May I care well for those you have entrusted to me. May I be a valuable colleague and friend. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen
