Prayer
My Dearest loving Father, thank You for leading me and guiding me in Your truth. I choose to tune in to You, I choose to tune in to Your Word. Help me to hear Your voice so that I can follow Your leading all the days of my life. Thank You for giving me strength to overcome every obstacle in life. I choose to rejoice no matter what may come against me. I know You are working all things together for my good. Thank You for giving me Your strength for any adversity I face in this life. I know that with You, I will overcome. Help me to keep my heart and mind focused on You as I move forward in victory. Thank You for your many promises and blessings. I yield myself to You, I delight myself in You and thank You for giving me the desires of my heart. Thank You for cleansing me and making me new. Thank You for making me Your righteousness. Show me if there is anything in my heart that is displeasing to You. I choose to honor You with my whole being all the days of my life.
Abba Father, thank You for the reality of Your love. Thank You that I can live in the full knowledge that there isn’t anything I need to do or could do to get You to love me any more than You do right now. Help me live each day with the realization of Your grace alive in my heart. You know all about my situation. You know my worries, fears and anxious thoughts. Help me stand firm. Help my heart not to be troubled. I do believe in You, dear God. I come now and trust You with all my life. Enter into my life, O Lord, and make it something beautiful and special. Whatever talents I have are Yours. Bless them, that they might produce much, Father. Help me to become more humble each day and may I honor You with any success in life that You give me.
Father, forgive me for the times I allow my heart to become sinful and unbelieving. Help me to fix my thoughts on Jesus and those things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy. Lord, protect my heart I pray. Help me, dear Lord, to let go of my need to control, of my worries, of my fears. Help me to drop my tendency to try and do it all myself, as if I were God. Instead, may I learn to be quiet enough to know that you are God, that you are gracious and good, that you are in charge. May I rest in your strength, and thus be still. Remind me of the value of rejoicing with those who rejoice. Help me to seek the fellowship of others. Help me to joyfully and sincerely celebrate the success of others. In the Sweet and mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
